Patricia Miller Obituary

Patricia A. Miller, 86, of Dillsburg, passed away surrounded by her loving family, Saturday, January 5, 2019 at York Memorial Hospital.

She was born October 13,1932 in Lewisberry, York County, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Lloyd B., Sr. and Frances Ruth (Mills) Wire.

Patricia had retired from the Patriot News, where she had worked in Circulation Department. She was a member Barrens United Lutheran Church, Dillsburg; the Wellsville Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and the South Mountain VFW Post 6771, Dillsburg.

She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Robert D. Miller. Her children: Randy L. Miller and his wife, Nancy; Daniel J. Miller; Marcy K. Renshaw and her huband, John and Mindy S. Dunne, all of Dillsburg. Her brother, Lloyd B. Wire, Jr., of Dillsburg. 8 Grandsons, 7 Great-grandchildren and 2 Great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Saturday, 11:30 am, January 12, 2019 at Barrens United Lutheran Church, 232 Kralltown Road, Dillsburg, PA with the Reverend Roy H. Stetler officiating. A viewing will be held Saturday at the Church from 10:00 am-11:30am, one and 1/2 hours prior to the service. Burial will be in the Barrens Salem Union Cemetery, Dillsburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Patricia's name can be made to her church, Barrens United Lutheran Church, 232 Kralltown Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019 or the Wellsville Fire Company, 95 Community Street, Wellsville, PA 17365.
