Ann Elizabeth Diener

Ann Elizabeth Diener, 72, of Dillsburg went home to be with her Savior and Lord on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at her home.

   She was born December 31, 1950, in Mechanicsburg, PA to John Kenneth and Genevieve (Fleming) Diener. 

   Ann graduated from Bermudian Springs High School in 1969. She also graduated from Moody Bible Institute and Messiah College where she received a degree in Elementary Education.  Ann taught second grade at Bermudian Springs Elementary School for 27 years.  After retiring from teaching, she worked part-time as a home CNA for Messiah Village and volunteered with Joy-El Bible Adventure. Because of her love for people and her Lord, she would take time to visit with and encourage others. Ann was a wonderful and loving daughter caring for her mother through out her mother's life. 

   Ann faithfully attended and served her church, Celebration Community Church.

   She is survived by her brother John (Marilee) Diener of Wabash, IN; a sister, Marlyn (Salvatore) Gligora of Westerville, OH; ten nieces and nephews and thirteen great-nieces and nephews. Ann was preceded in death by her parents and step-father, Arthur "Os" Livingston.

   Services will be held Friday, November 3, 2023, at 11:00 AM at her church, Celebration Community Church, 1048 S. Mountain Rd., Dillsburg. A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM prior to the service.
