Barbara Ann (Albert) Reffner

Barbara Ann Reffner, 79, of Dillsburg, PA passed away Monday, February 16th, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family.  

   She was born July 3rd, 1946, in Carlisle, PA the daughter of the late Raymond and Dorothy (Elicker) Albert.

   Barbara is the widow of Charles O. Reffner.

   She was a homemaker and also worked in the cafeteria for the Northern York County School District. 

   Barbara enjoyed sewing, knitting, baking, and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

   She is survived by two children, Brian C. Reffner (Angela) of Dillsburg, Michelle D. Reffner of New Cumberland; her siblings, Barry Albert of Dillsburg, Rick Albert of York, Bob Albert of Lewisberry; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Barbara was preceded in death by two children, Kimberly Albert, Robin Comp; and a brother, Ronald Albert.

   Services will be held Friday, February 20th, 2026, at 2:00 pm in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg. A viewing will be held Friday from 1-2 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be held in the Dillsburg Cemetery-Mountain Road. A gathering will be held following the burial at the home of Brian Reffner, 155 Tuckahoe Road, Dillsburg, PA. Please come and share stories and memories with the Reffner family.
