Barry H. Cromer

Barry H. Cromer, 76, of Dillsburg passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023, at his home.
  He was born March 29, 1946, in Carlisle the son of the late Eva R. Cromer.

  Barry was the widower of Donna M. (Barrouk) Cromer.

  He was a retired logistician for the Army Depot in New Cumberland. 

  Barry was a graduate of Northern High School, Class of 1964 and went on to serve his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Barry was a member of the South Mountain V.F.W. Post #6771 in Dillsburg and the Dillsburg American Legion. He was an avid reader, enjoyed music and talking to everyone he met.

  Barry is survived by two sons, Jason C. Cromer and his wife Dalora of Dillsburg, William Kirby Cromer and his wife Melissa of Dillsburg; a daughter, Annie R. Cooke of Dillsburg; seven grandchildren, Megan Cromer, Ryan Cromer, Alexandria Mitchell, Jacob Cromer, Jason Cromer, and Curtis Shunk.

  A visitation will be held Thursday, February 2, 2023, from 4-6 pm in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg. 

  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dillsburg Area Public Library, 204 Mumper Lane, Dillsburg, PA 17019.
