Bernard Harrison Park

Bernard Harrison Park, 85, of Dillsburg, PA passed away Saturday, June 20th, 2026, at his home.

   He was born Friday, November 15th, 1940, in Altoona, PA the son of the late Bernard A. and Claire A. (Querry) Park.

   Bernard was a retired Plant Manager having worked for Owens Corning Fiberglass and Atlas Roofing.

   He was an active member of Calvary Methodist Church in Dillsburg and helped with various maintenance projects at the church. Bernard was a leader and mentor with Walk to Emmaus, which is a spiritual retreat. Bernard was also a member of the Dillsburg Lions Club and enjoyed hunting and golfing. 

   He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Sonia Lee (Lane) Park; three children, Tarea S. Mansberger (Mike) of Calvin, Deborah A. Johnson (Randy) of Three Springs, Michael B. Park (Valarie) of Mechanicsburg; his sister, Sharon Stever (Fred) of Cassville; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

   Services will be held Friday, June 26th, 2026, at 11:00 am in his church, Calvary Methodist Church, 203 Mumper Lane, Dillsburg, PA. A visitation will be held Friday from 10-11 am at the church.
