Carmen M. (Mendoza) Webb

Carmen M. Webb, 69, of Dillsburg, PA passed away Monday, July 7, 2025, at the UPMC Harrisburg Hospital.

  She was born December 24, 1955, in Marinduque, Philippines the daughter of the late Elogio and Paula (Recido) Mendoza.

  Carmen enjoyed being a homemaker and cooking.

  She is survived by her husband Jeffrey T. Webb; three children, Suzanne Emmons (Tyson Fones) of Erie, Ashley M. Webb (Elizabeth) of Dillsburg, Shayne Webb of Dillsburg; four grandchildren, Blake Nye, Johnathan Nye, Dwayne Nye, and Sofia Fones.
