Carol Ann (Fullmer) Armstrong

Carol A. Armstrong, 81 of Wellsville passed away Friday, January 3, 2025, at Harmony at West Shore, Mechanicsburg, PA. 

   She was born October 28, 1943, in Williamsport, PA the daughter of the late Clarence and Esther (Hamilton) Fullmer.

   Carol was the widow of Joseph A. Armstrong.

   She retired after 20 years of service from The Gardens of West Shore. Carol was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mechanicsburg. 

   She enjoyed sewing, gardening and puzzles. 

   Carol is survived by three daughters, Eileen Armstrong of York, Nora Armstrong of Scranton, Diane Miller of Wellsville; and one grandson TJ.

   Services will be held Friday, January 10, 2024, 11:00 am at the Celebration Community Church, 1048 South Mountain Road, Dillsburg, PA. A viewing will be held Friday from 10:30 am-11:00 am at the church. Burial will be held privately in the Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
