Charles David Schrum, 79, of Landisburg, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at his home.
He was born June 24, 1946, in Mechanicsburg, PA the son of the late John D. and Beatrice E. (Wagner) Schrum.
Charles was a retried supervisor for Quaker Oats Company.
He was a member of the Sheriffs Association and the N.R.A.
Charles enjoyed showing his many French Bulldogs and also enjoyed antiquing, visiting area wineries and breweries, his weekly Thursday poker games and especially spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his children Lori A. Ross and her husband Tony of Dillsburg, Andrew C. Schrum and his wife Amy of Dover; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; his companion Elizabeth Jeanie Wills and her son and daughter-in law Cass and Carol Wills. Charles was preceded in death by his wife Carol Schrum and more recently his brother Robert Schrum.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
