Delbert "Butch" Gene Fureman

Delbert (Butch) Fureman, 86, of Dillsburg, PA passed away Tuesday November 26, 2024, at home.

He was born on August 5, 1938, in North Londonderry Township, PA to son of late Frank and Adeline (Wagner) Fureman.

Delbert was a mason, farm herdsman, and before retirement, a furniture delivery person for Country Market Nursery, Mechanicsburg.

He was a life member of the N.R.A.

Delbert was proceeded in death by daughter Patricia Fureman and 11 brothers and sisters.

Delbert is survived by his wife Erma (Hess) Fureman, 3 daughters: Janet (Fureman) Horneman, Cheryl (Fureman) Krouse, Annette (Fureman) Livingston and spouse Rick Livingston and 2 sons: Bruce Fureman, and David Fureman. Grandchildren, Ashley (Fureman) Neusbaum and spouse Jeff Neusbaum, Matthew Livingston, Heidi Hornemann, Katie (Hornemann) Fisher and spouse Donnie Fisher, Erin Hornemann, Abigail Krouse, and Hope Fureman. Great grandchildren, Jordyn, Lexi, Olivia, Caden, Yasmeena, Zyrell, and Reyna.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in the Hanoverdale Cemetery, Hummelstown. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Jude’s Children Hospital and National Rifle Association (NRA)
