Diane Elaine Baker

Diane Elaine (Pressley) Baker, 84, of Dillsburg, PA and formerly of Mechanicsburg went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the Church of God Home, Carlisle, PA.
     She was born June 11, 1941, in Millerstown, PA. 
    Diane worked in the insurance industry for a period of time but most of her life was spent caring for her family.
    She was a devoted member of Christian Life Assembly in Camp Hill. Throughout her life she was involved in numerous ministry-related areas.
   As Diane was always known for her big smile and heart, her special gift of hospitality was evident in the way she frequently opened her home to many friends and relatives.  She enjoyed reading, cooking, baking, and board games; but her greatest joy was derived from spending time with her family.
   Diane and her husband loved being “snow birds” in Winter Haven, Florida for nearly two decades, through which numerous close friendships were acquired and memories made.
   Diane is survived by her husband of 65 years Charles E. Baker; four children, Ellen E. Conant (Jeff, deceased) of Carlisle, Erin L. Baker Funk (Mike) of Camp Hill, Edward A. Baker (Heather) of Alabama, Elizabeth "Buffy" A. Rhon (Armando) of Dillsburg; eight grandchildren, Victoria "Tori" (Conant) Montgomery, Lincoln Baker, Samantha Schuetz, Katarina Baker, Iris (Baker) Callahan, Madeline Schuetz, Winter (Baker) Parrish, Emilia Rhon; and four great-grandchildren, Evalin, Acacia, Caetano, Chase, and many cousins. 
    Services will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 10:30 am in her church, Christian Life Assembly, 2645 Lisburn Road, Camp Hill, PA. A visitation will be held Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 am at the church.
