Jack Armstrong of Dillsburg, PA passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025. The oldest of 5 children, Jack was born in Grove City, PA on November 30, 1964.
Jack was a graduate of Lakeview High School (Stoneboro, PA), Washington & Jefferson College (Washington, PA), Penn State College of Medicine (Hershey, PA), and Medical College of Georgia (Augusta, GA).
He was an allergist with Medical Arts Allergy (Mechanicsburg, PA).
Jack enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Jack is survived by his wife Sharon and children Jack III (Megan), Annalise, and Kathryn. He is also survived by his mother Coralee of Greenville, PA, his siblings Eric Armstrong (Debbie) of Folsom, NM, Wendi (Armstrong) Riddle of Kennerdell, PA, Mark Armstrong of Stoneboro, PA, Luke Armstrong (Rebecca) of McAlester, OK, and many loved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Jack Armstrong and sister-in-law Lisa Armstrong.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 11:00 am in the Carlisle Evangelical Free Church, Carlisle, PA 17013.
