Dr. Robert B. Yost, MD

Dr. Robert B. Yost, MD, 58, of Dillsburg and formerly of Atlanta, GA and Lexington, KY passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023, at his parents home in Dillsburg.

   He was born May 13, 1965, in Pottsville, PA the son of Richard C. and Carol A. (Baldwin) Yost of Dillsburg.

   Dr. Yost is survived, in addition to his parents, by two sisters, Michelle L. Myers of Mechanicsburg, Brenda E. Heisey (Jesse) of Dillsburg; one brother, James E. Yost (Jody) of Dillsburg; three nephews, Kyle Myers, Colton Heisey, Jamison Heisey; and one step-nephew, Ryan Stambaugh.

   He was a graduate of Northern High School, class of 1983. Dr. Yost then received his Undergraduate Degree at Wilkes College in Wilkes-Barre, PA and his Medical Degree from University of Louisville School of Medicine, Louisville, KY. He completed his Pathology Residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga and completed a Pediatric Pathology Fellowship at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Cincinnati, OH.

   Dr. Yost worked as a Pediatric Pathologist in the Atlanta area for most of his career. 

   Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
