Earl V. Higgins

Earl V. Higgins, 79, of Dillsburg, passed away on Thursday, August 19th, 2021 at his home. 

 He was born, April 3rd, 1942 in Norristown, Chester County, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Victor and Joan Higgins.

 Earl was a retired TV Engineer having worked for WHP Channel 21, WITF , Ampex, Abekas and Pluto and WTVT, Tamp FL.  He also worked for Wave Central, of Carlisle.  He was also an Amateur HAM Radio (call letters - K4TIE) and MARS enthusiast and a Licensed Private Pilot for single engine planes.

  Earl is survived by his loving wife of  56 years, Diane Marie Staub Higgins.  His sons:  Michael E. Higgins, of Cumming, GA Mark A. Higgins and his wife Karen, of Duluth, GA.  His grandsons:  Parker Higgins and his wife Rosey and their children:  Elliot, Penelope and Cameron of Cumming, GA and Payton Higgins and his wife Raven of Sugar Hill, GA.

  His Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
