Elizabeth L. (Wolfgang) Clauser

Elizabeth L. Clauser, of Danville and formerly of Shiremanstown, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 15, 2021, surrounded by her family.

   She was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA the daughter of the late James and Mildred (McHenry) Wolfgang.

   Elizabeth was retired from the Rite Aid Corporation and was a member of the Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Church in Lewisburg and Christian Life Assembly in Camp Hill. She loved the Lord with all her might and lived to serve Him. She was very active in church and served on the prayer team, attended small group fellowships and could always be seen greeting attendees in the morning at the church entrance.

   Her family was top priority and she was never happier than when she was surrounded by them. She was kind, gentle and a truly selfless person. She loved to travel and for many years she would take an annual trip with her daughter and son in law. In her latter years, she would often reminisce about those trips and all the amazing things she saw.

    Elizabeth also found time to manage the accounting of her husbands real estate appraisal business. She encouraged him and provided unending support throughout the ups and downs of the economy. She was a respected community member, a loving wife and a dedicated mother and grandmother. She will be missed beyond words, with the only solace being the knowledge that she is now and forever with her precious Jesus.

   She is survived by her husband, George C. Clauser, married for 51 years; a daughter, Georgette E. Lambert and her husband Richard Lambert, MD of Danville; two sisters, Corriene Deibler of Lancaster, Martha Stayer of South Carolina; and two grandchildren, Brianna and Mason Lambert. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her children, Herbert and Hubert Fetterolf and one infant child.

   Services will be held Friday, November 19, 2021, at 11:00 am in her former church, Christian Life Assembly, 2645 Lisburn Road, Camp Hill, PA. A viewing will be held Friday from 10-11 am at the church. Entombment will be held in the Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill.
