Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of Wellspan York Hospital for the compassionate care they provided for the entire family, both in the hospital, and the months prior to baby Ethan's arrival.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sweet Grace Ministries (www.sweetgraceministries.com), who provide both maternity and newborn photography, as well as precious keepsakes for the family, all at no charge.
