Gary Lee Fuhrman

Gary Lee Fuhrman, 79, of Dillsburg passed away peacefully Monday, November 10, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born July 7, 1946, in Hanover, PA the son of the late Luther W. and Lydian A. (Rohrbaugh) Fuhrman.

Gary was a graduate of Central York High School, class of 1964. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps. Gary went on to work for his fathers painting business, L.W. Fuhrman & Son. 

Gary was a devoted Christian and attended Daybreak Church in Mechanicsburg. 

He was an avid hunter and enjoyed spending time with his family. 

Gary is survived by his wife Marzella L. (Markel) Fuhrman; his son, Troy L. Fuhrman of New Cumberland; two step-children, Bradley A. Boisvert of York Haven, Pamela J. Nesmith of Dillsburg; six step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren. Gary was preceded in death along with her parents by his brother Terry L. Fuhrman and two sisters, Connie R. Fuhrman and Brenda L. Messinger.

Services will be held privately for the family.
