George H. Heffelfinger

George H. Heffelfinger, 85, of Dillsburg passed away Sunday, December 10, 2023, at the Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center, Camp Hill, PA.

    He was born April 10, 1938, in Mechanicsburg the son of the late Lloyd and Carrie Weaver Heffelfinger.

    George was a retired car detailer having worked for various local car dealers. 

    He enjoyed hunting, auto racing, and detailing his car.

    George is survived by his wife Lucy M. (Jarvis) Heffelfinger; one son, Ricky L. Heffelfinger (Sheryl) of Dillsburg; one daughter, Brenda S. Rohrbaugh (Randall) of Hanover; one brother, Samuel Heffelfinger of Mechanicsburg; two granddaughters, Rachel L. Westhafer, Jessica L. Stevens; and three great-granddaughters, Ashley Freeburn, Madison Freeburn, and Sarah Stevens. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Lloyd Heffelfinger, Jr.
