George W. Keefer, Jr., 75, of Dillsburg passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023, at his home.
He was born November 23, 1948, in Germany the son of the late George W. Keefer, Sr. and Ursula Keefer.
George was a retired truck driver after 20 years of driving truck.
He served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
George is survived by his wife Deborah A. (Kautz) Lucy; two sons, Brian W. Keefer of Oklahoma, Chad R. Keefer of Camp Hill; a step-son, John Lucy; two brothers, Jake and Frank Keefer both of Wooddale; six grandchildren, Sarah, Hannah, Caeden, Joshua, Corbin, Emmalynn; one step-grandchild, Anthony Lucy; and one great-grandchild, Carter.
A viewing will be held Friday, December 8, 2023, from 12:30-1:30 pm at the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg. Graveside services with full military honors will be held following the viewing at 2:30 pm at the Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
