Gerald L. Nailor, 69, of Dillsburg, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born March 21, 1952, in Mechanicsburg the son of the late Ray J. and Grace C. (Crumlich) Nailor.
Jerry had just retired as the owner and operator of Jerry's Carpet Sales and Service in York. He was an honorary member of Christian Life Assembly, Camp Hill and is now a member of the Church Triumphant.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Sandra A. (Hankinson) Nailor; a son, Timothy L. Nailor (Tracey) of Hanover; a daughter, Heather A. Ege (Jerome) of Franklintown; a brother, Roy Nailor of Dillsburg; a sister, Esther Thomas of Texas; six granddaughters, Ashlyn, Delaney, Nicole, Elizabeth, Stephany, Talya; and one grandson, Brady. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, Harry, Guy Nailor; and four sisters, Charlotte Trump, Sandy Watson, Rosella Duboard, and Caroline Schmuck.
Services will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 11:00 am in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg with Pastor Shane Wilson officiating. A visitation will be held Saturday from 10-11 am at the funeral home. Burial will be held in the Dillsburg Cemetery-Golf Course Road.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christian Life Assembly, 2645 Lisburn Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, for Mission 10 to be use to expand the Kingdom of God.
