Geraldine Lu (Cutlip) Emig

Geraldine L. Emig, 80, of Dillsburg passed away Sunday, February 9, 2025, at her home.

She was born June 21, 1944, in Wellsville, PA the daughter of the late Virgil Preston Cutlip and Edna Beatrice (Stettler) Gotwalt.

Geraldine spent must of her years as a homemaker but did worked as a beautician and Licensed Practical Nurse as well. 

She was a member of Cedar Hill Baptist Church in Dillsburg and enjoyed her tea cup ministry.

Geraldine enjoyed crafting, gardening, cooking, and especially spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Lynn A. Rowland and her husband Preston of Monkton, MD, Nathan E. Emig of Dillsburg; her half sister, Marie Myers (Leroy) of Wellsville; and her three grandchildren, Patrick Rowland, Bently and Nolan Emig.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church to be use for its Youth Ministry at Cedar Hill Baptist Church, 154 Chestnut Grove Rd., Dillsburg, PA 17019 or the Ronald McDonald House Charites, 745 West Governor Rd., Hershey, PA 17033.
