Gregory Knaub Obituary

Gregory A. Knaub, 66, of Mechanicsburg and formerly of the Wellsville area passed away Sunday, December 26, 2021, at his home.

He was born August 30, 1955, in Mechanicsburg the son of the late John A. and Kathryn (Miller) Knaub.

Gregory was retired from PPG Industries after 42 years of service.

He was a member of the New Bethel United Methodist Church in Lewisberry, N.R.A., Oakland Raiders Club in York, and the Pinchot Park Lions Club. Gregory was a graduate of Northern High School, Class of 1973 and he enjoyed hunting, being in the outdoors, watching football and visiting the casino.

Gregory is survived by his wife Maryanne (Shriner) Knaub; three sons, Jason G. Knaub of Pulaski, VA, Nathan J. Knaub of Mechanicsburg, Brandon A. Knaub of Illinois; two brothers, Steven D. Knaub (Ruth) of Dillsburg, Thomas J. Knaub (Jane) of Wellsville; a sister, Julie A. Knaub-Hake (David) of Wellsville; and his two special cats, Oscar and Bella. He was preceded in death by a sister, Linda D. Knaub.

Services will be held at a later date.
