Gregory A. Myers, Sr., 75, of Dillsburg, PA passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Celebration Villa in Dillsburg.
He was born October 15, 1949 in Carlisle, PA the son of the late Arthur L. and Gladys M. (Rosenberger) Myers.
Gregory was a graduate of Northern High School Class of 1967. After high school he went on to serve his country in the U.S. Marine Corps. during the Vietnam War. Gregory retired as a crane operator for the Mechanicsburg Naval Depot.
He was a lifetime member of the East Berlin V.F.W. Post #8896 and was a member of the Dillsburg American Legion Post #26. Gregory also served as a past commander for the South Mountain V.F.W. Post #6771.
He also volunteered as a wrestling coach.
Gregory is survived by his son Gregory A. Myers, Jr. and his wife Tracey of Dillsburg and one granddaughter Haven Myers.
Graveside services with full military honors will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA. Please arrive at the cemetery by 1:45 pm and meet the funeral procession behind the administration building.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Central PA, 1320 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
