Harry Luverne Anderson, 99, of Carlisle, PA passed away Monday, March 30, 2026, at Brookdale Grandon Farms in Mechanicsburg, PA.
He was born December 31st, 1926, in Eden, SD the son of the late Adolph and Elvira (Petersen) Anderson.
Harry was the widower of Arlene (Henry) Anderson.
He was a self employed general contractor and a United States Army Veteran. Harry enjoyed farming and raising beef cattle.
He is survived by three children, Galen L. Anderson (Jan) of Mount Laurel, NJ, Alan H. Anderson of Enola, Karen L. Dirks (Timothy) of Enola; his sister, Beverly Young of Texas; six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday, April 6th, 2026, at 11:00 am in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg, PA. A viewing will be held Monday from 9:00 am-11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill, PA.
