James Harr Obituary
James W. Harr, 80, of Dillsburg passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021, at the Penn State Health Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
He was born July 17, 1941, in Harrisburg the son of the late John L. Harr, Jr. and Evelyn (White) Harr.
Jim was retired from Quaker Oats in Shiremanstown and was the former owner and operator for many years of Harrwood Kennels and Dog Grooming in Dillsburg. He was a member of the Mechanicsburg Club and the Dillsburg American Legion.
Jim is survived by his wife, Patricia E. (McCreary) Harr; two brothers, Robert F. Harr, Sr. of Linglestown, Kim J. Harr of Elizabethtown; one sister, Jacqueline L. Harr of Penbrook; seven nieces and five nephews.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
