Joanne P. (Thrush) Diller

Joanne P. (Thrush) Diller, 86, of Dillsburg passed away Monday, April 29th, 2024, at Harmony of West Shore, Mechanicsburg. 

     Joanne is the widow of Charles E. Diller.

     She was born Friday, May 7th, 1937,  in McKean County, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Harris H. and Mabel (Glontz) Thrush.

     Joanne attended Harmony Church, Dillsburg and enjoyed gardening, canning, baking, and traveling. 

     She is survived by her daughter, Jill Diller of Lancaster; her son and daughter-in-law, Roy and Carol Diller of Dillsburg;  her granddaughter, Megan; and many nieces and nephews. Joanne was preceded in death in addition to her husband by her sister Sylvia Nace.

     Services will be held Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut Street, Dillsburg, PA.  A visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am prior to the service at the funeral home.

     In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary's Northern Lights Mission, P.O. Box 56359, North Pole, AK 99705- 1359.
