Johnetta Laird, 74, of Lewisberry, PA entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 3rd, 2026 at home surrounded by her family.
Jo was born on Thursday, November 1st, 1951, in Cumberland County, PA the daughter of the late Paul Eugene and Edith Catherine (Hopple) Miller. Jo was a 1971 graduate of Red Land High School, Lewisberry, PA and was retired from Highmark Blue Shield where she worked for 30+ years. Jo was a long-time member of Christian Life Assembly, Camp Hill where she served faithfully in various ministries. Jo was a very caring person with a servant's heart, always helping others in need and loved spending time with her family.
Jo is survived by her 3 daughters, Melissa Lobo (Christian) of Dillsburg, Michele Wagner (Sean) of Greeley, CO and Rebecca Laird, of Lewisberry, as well as 3 grandchildren Sophia Lobo & Gabriel Lobo, Dillsburg, and Lincoln Wagner, Greeley, CO. She is also survived by 6 brothers; Richard Miller (Joan), York; Barry Miller (Beverly), Milford, DE; Larry Miller (Sally), Elizabethtown, PA; Marlin Keith Miller (Nelda), Buckeye, AZ; George Miller (Mary Alice), Eureka Springs, AR; Charles Miller (Dee), Gettysburg, PA; and 2 sisters, Jan Wonders (Larry), Dillsburg and Laura Hartman, Worland, WY and numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Paul E. Miller and Edith C. Miller (Hopple), Jo was preceded in death by her loving husband Ronald Laird, as well as 2 brothers; Paul Miller & Lesley Miller and 3 sisters; Ruthanna Miller, Doris Hendricks and Marian Miller.
Services will be held at Christian Life Assembly at 2645 Lisburn Rd. Camp Hill, PA on Saturday, July 11, 2026. There will be visitation with the family from 9:30 am - 11:00 am. A memorial service will follow beginning at 11:00 am. Memorial contributions can be made in Jo's name to Greenlight Operations.
