Linda Suzan Dellinger Bender, 69, of York Springs, PA and formerly of Mechanicsburg and Marysville passed away Monday, November 24, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born November 9, 1956, in Mechanicsburg, PA the daughter of the late Melvin R. and Marie J. (Swope) Dellinger.
Linda had been employed as a COB Specialist for Highmark/DST for a combined 28 years.
She was a dedicated plant mom was known for her laughter and deviled eggs. Linda enjoyed bingo, slots, gardening, playing cards, dominoes, and a good pizza. She had a deep love for her grandchildren and all animals.
Linda is survived by her husband of 46 years, Ray E. Bender, Jr.; her children, Jennifer A. Farkas (Stephen) of Camp Hill, Bryan A. Bender (Sherry) of Marietta; her grandchildren, Larissa, Ashleigh, Scotland; and a sister, June Davis (Tom) of York Springs. She was preceded in death by a brother Melvin R. Dellinger, Jr.
Services will be held Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 11:00 am in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg. A visitation will be held Tuesday from 10-11 am at the funeral home. The family request that everyone please dress casual.

The Bender family would like to thank the staff of Hillman Cancer Center and Hospice of Central PA for their dedicated care of Linda during her illness.
