Loretta Evans Obituary

Loretta Mae (Breisch) Evans, 81, of Enola, PA, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021.

She was born in Ringtown, PA, the daughter of Fannie (Houser) & Henry Breisch. In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Joan Minnig, and survived by sister Carol "Dolly" Aldinger; husband of 59 years, Jay W.; daughters, Jody Evans and Jill (Evans) Lombardi (husband Michael); and two grandsons, Nicholas "Nick" Lombardi and Jared Lombardi. Several nieces and nephews.

Loretta was a 1957 graduate of Pine Grove Area High School, Pine Grove, PA, and a 1961 graduate of Harrisburg Hospital's School of Nursing. She worked as a licensed registered nurse at Harrisburg Hospital and at Holy Spirit Hospital. After her children started school full time, she worked at the Dept. of Welfare (now Health & Human Services.) She retired in 1993 to be a first-time grandmother.

Per Loretta's wishes, no funeral services will be held.
