Mary Jane (Ashwell) Gutridge

Mary Jane Gutridge, 88, of Dillsburg passed away Friday, February 28, 2025, at The Gardens at West Shore, Camp Hill, PA.

   She was born March 22, 1936, in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, PA the daughter of the late Frank and Dolly (Long) Ashwell.

   Mary was the widow of Harry W. Gutridge.

   Mary was a former sales associate at Walmart. 

   She enjoyed colleting teddy bears, working on crossword puzzles and had a great sense of humor.

   Mary is survived by a son, Frank G. Gutridge and his wife Rachel of Dillsburg; a daughter, Rose M. Kidd of Calabash, NC; three grandchildren, Randy Green, Alicia Sheaffer, Paige Gutridge; one great-grandson, Dominic; and two brothers. She was preceded in death along with her husband and parents by one step-son, Gary L. Sheaffer.

   Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the Dillsburg Cemetery-Mountain Road.
