On Thursday, December 2nd, Meredith (Merry) K. Fisher was received into her heavenly Father’s arms and reunited with her husband Cal Fisher and pre-deceased infant son Callie.
Merry was a loving mother and grandmother. Surviving are her three children, Eric Fisher, Danielle Crull and Sheerah Fisher. She also adored her three grandchildren, Jacqueline Good, Max Crull, and Carson Crull. She is survived by other family members and friends.
Merry met her husband Cal and they were married on December 4, 1966. Cal served in the US Navy and other than his time of active duty and until his time of death in 2019 the two were inseparable. Merry had a deep love for the Lord and served as Sunday school teacher for many years in her church. She could be heard professing her faith quite often to those around her including the most recent time spent at Cumberland Crossings nursing home. She loved to share what God has done in her life. She also loved cooking, and crafts. She enjoyed a kitchen full of the latest cooking gadgets and also loved giving gifts to those around her. She also cherished the companionship of her three Cairn terriers, Brodie, Duncan and Simba.
Merry loved to give financially to several charities. Faithfully supporting The Brenna Engle Foundation, Operation Smile, and The Voice of the Martyrs. We ask that you would consider giving a donation to one of these in her honor as we know this would give her great joy.
Graveside service will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022, at 1:30 pm where Merry will be laid to rest at the Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA with her husband.
