Mildred "Millie" F. Lehman, 90, of York Springs, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2024, while a resident of Brookside Cottage at the Brethren Home Community, New Oxford.
She was born February 23, 1934, in Oxford Township, Adams County, PA the daughter of the late Clarence and Helen (Albaugh) Fuss.
Millie was a retired secretary for the Liquor Control Board, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
She was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in York Springs and sang in the church choir.
Millie enjoyed playing card games, traveling, cooking, and attending various high school games.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, William "Bill" F. Lehman; one son, Nevin W. Lehman and his wife Julia of Abbottstown; two daughters, Kim L. Dismuke of Alexandria, VA, Carla L. Winters and her husband Michael of Lancaster; two brothers, Roy Fuss and his wife Jean of Mechanicsburg, James Fuss and his wife Cindy of Harrisburg; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Starner.
Services will be held Friday, May 24, 2024, at 11:00 am in her church, Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 216 Main Street, York Springs, PA 17372. A viewing will be held Friday from 10-11 am at the church. Burial will be held in the Sunnyside Cemetery, York Springs, PA.
