Nancy J. (Crist) Kennedy

Nancy J. Kennedy, 80, of Dillsburg and formerly of Newport passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023, in Dillsburg.

   She was born July 15, 1943, in Newport, PA the daughter of the late Frank H. and Edna R. (Beers) Crist.

   Nancy was the widow of Francis J. "Skip" Kennedy, Jr.

   She was retired after 35 years of service with Nationwide Insurance Company. 

   Nancy enjoyed making homemade Christmas ornaments, scrapbooking, puzzles, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

   She is survived by two sons, Matthew J. Kennedy (Lesa) of Dillsburg, Steven F. Kennedy (Tracey) of New Bloomfield; one daughter, Theresa M. Kennedy-Banks (Douglas) of Pickerington, OH; four siblings, Evelyn Spiese of Columba, Richard Crist of San Antonio, TX, Barbara Sims of Philadelphia, Barry Crist of Arizona; eight grandchildren, Justin DaShiell, Jeremy DaShiell, Amber Kennedy, Corinne Surbaugh, Abigail Kennedy, Emily Banks, Joey Kennedy, Noah Kennedy; and four great-grandchildren.

   Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 12:00 pm in the Rolling Green Cemetery, 1811 Carlisle Rd., Camp Hill, PA.
