Patricia Gutshall Obituary

Patricia Ann Gutshall, 72, of Dillsburg passed away Sunday, February 15th, 2026, at the U.P.M.C. Carlisle Regional Medical Center.

   She was born Wednesday, August 12th, 1953, in Mechanicsburg, PA the daughter of the late Edward and Betty Jane (McKay) Sacoman.

   Patricia had a passion for flowers and had enjoyed her work as a retired grower for Ashcombe Farm and Greenhouses in Mechanicsburg. 

   She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mechanicsburg and the Dillsburg Area Homesteaders Group. 

   Patricia enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers, cooking, and spending time with her family. She was a devoted Christian and both she and David loved the Lord.

   She was a loving wife and survived by her husband David Lee Gutshall; her step-son, Nathan Gramm of Dillsburg; her in-laws, Russell and Wanita Gutshall of Shippensburg, Jean and Bryan Dietterick of Long Island, NY; her siblings, Steven Sacoman of Mechanicsburg, Theresa Hamilton of Harrisburg, Charles Sacoman of Camp Hill, Joseph Sacoman of Mechanicsburg, Michael Sacoman of Mechanicsburg, Elizabeth Archer of Mechanicsburg, Thomas Sacoman of Shiremanstown; and her grandson, Connor Gramm and many loved nieces and nephews.  

   A visitation will be held Saturday, February 28th, 2026, from 10:00 am until 11:30 am at the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg, PA. A graveside service will follow the visitation at 12:00 pm in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Boiling Springs.
