Phyllis Millie (Helman) Pannebaker

Phyllis Millie Pannebaker, 94, of Dillsburg, PA passed away Saturday, March 14. 2026, at the Forest Park Nursing Home in Carlisle, PA.

  She was born August 19, 1931, in Harrisburg, PA the daughter of the late Diller and Susan (Reynolds) Helman.

  Phyllis was the widow of Robert Guy Pannebaker.

  She was a retired Statistician for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue after 31 years of service.

  Phyllis was a member of Harmony Church of God and enjoyed shopping. 

   She is survived by one son, Douglas L.  Pannebaker  of Prescott Valley, AZ; one sister, Glenda Boyer of Enola; and two grandchildren, Keiffer and Britten Pannebaker. 

   Phyllis was preceded in death by a son Jeffrey Pannebaker; and her siblings, Ronald Helman, Betty Jane Gates, and June Gates. 

   Services will be held Friday, March 27, 2026, at 10:30 am in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg, PA. A viewing will be held from 9:30-10:30 am at the funeral home. Private burial will be held in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
