Robert S. Freeburn, Jr., 75, of Crystal River, FL and formerly of Dillsburg went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 24, 2023, at his home.
He was born July 7, 1948, in Harrisburg the son of the late Robert S. Freeburn, Sr. and Wilma J. (Robinson) Freeburn.
Robert was a retired Commercial HVAC Technician with Temp Tech in Lemoyne. He was a member of Wolgamuth Church of the Brethren in Dillsburg and attended Calvary Chapel Church of Crystal River. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #4272 Homosassa, FL, the Crystal River Village Fishing Club, and the East Berlin Fish & Game Club.
Robert was an avid fisherman, enjoyed target shooting, camping, and especially spending time with his family.
Robert is survived by his wife Debra A. (Weigel) Freeburn; two daughters, Andrea M. Repman and her husband Preston Repman, III of State College, Mary K. W. Keeley and her husband James Keeley of Camp Hill; five grandchildren, M. Evelyn (Keeley) Jones and her husband Hunter, Aunna M. Rubacha, Dylan J. Rubacha, Madyson D. Repman, and Abdu Salaam Keeley. He was preceded in death by two siblings, Terryanne Grace and E. Lloyd Freeburn.
Services will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023, at 11:00 am in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg, PA. A viewing will be held Saturday from 10-11 am at the funeral home. The services will be live-streamed on the Cocklin Funeral Home Facebook page. The family would like to celebrate Robert's life "Floridian Style" and the family suggests that everyone wear bright colored or floral clothing. Private burial will be held at the Wolgamuth Church Cemetery, Dillsburg.
