Robert Lee Johnson

Robert Lee Johnson, 72, formerly of Wellsville, PA passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2021, in The Gardens at West Shore, Camp Hill.

He was born May 26, 1949, in Harrisburg PA. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jane Shorter (Johnson) and a sister, Dorothy Johnson.

Robert is survived by two daughters, Christina L. Johnson of Aspers, Tammy L. Kitner of Dillsburg; a sister, Jennifer Sue Beljan of Dover. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Nathan Johnson, Kelsey Johnson and  Kayne Malone; and one nephew, Joseph Beljan, III.

Robert attended Mt. Pleasant Church of God in Dillsburg. 

He was a 1968 Graduate of John Harris High School and went on to serve his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War.  He was a retired employee of Cole Office Products, Inc. in Harrisburg and was an accomplished carpenter. 

Robert was a member of the Dillsburg American Legion.  He was also involved in the Canoe Club, Bicycle Club and an avid roller skater.  He was an excellent dancer and loved being in the outdoors. 

Services will be held privately.
