Ronald Holmes Obituary

Ronald E. Holmes, 65, formerly of Hanover passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023, at the U.P.M.C. West Shore Hospital, Mechanicsburg.

He was born May 10, 1958, in York the son of Kenneth H. Holmes of Gettysburg and the late Lorraine R. (Kauffman) Holmes.

He was a graduate of the Dover Area High School, class of 1976. Ronald enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived in addition to his father by one son, Christopher Holmes (Kate) of York; one brother, Larry S. Holmes (Susan) of Dillsburg; two grandchildren, Sydney and Colton Holmes; two nieces, Laura Frank and Michele Holmes; two great-nieces, Delaney and Liberty; and three great-nephews, Wyatt, Dean, and Holden.

Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family in the Dillsburg Cemetery-Mountain Road.
