Roy Franklin Mann, 70, passed away unexpectedly on March 17th, 2026, in Dillsburg, PA.
He was born on December 17th, 1955, in Dayton, OH, the son of the late Ethan and Mildred Buckwalter Mann.
He is survived by a brother, Dennis Mann of Dillsburg, a sister, Gloria Lebo, of Dillsburg, and a sister, Nancy Dugbartey (Louis) of Naugatuck, CT. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Roy graduated from Mechanicsburg Area High School in 1974. For many years he was an Amsoil dealer and distributor for Amsoil Synthetic Lubricants. He worked for 30 years as a delivery truck driver for Quality Greenhouses.
At one time he was the proud owner of a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, color Plum Crazy. Many days Roy could be found hanging out with his buddies at Pennick Automotive. Roy loved to talk about farming, tractors, trucks and road construction.
Services will be held Saturday, April 25th, 2026, at 11:00 am in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg, PA. A visitation will be held from 10-11 am prior to the service.
