Ruth A. Krysher, 84, of Dillsburg and formerly of Wellsville, PA went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at the Sarah A Todd Memorial Home, Carlisle after a brief battle with cancer.
She was born April 27, 1941, in Dillsburg, PA the daughter of the late Lewis Albert, Sr. and Pauline (Runk) Albert.
Ruth was a lifelong homemaker and member of Pinchot Park Assembly of God in Wellsville where she served as the church pianist since the age of 10. She not only shared her musical talent with her church but also with her community and was a blessing to all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband Glenn A. Krysher; one son, Randell G. Krysher and his wife Brenda of Gardners; one daughter, Glenda A. Murphy and her husband Steven of Mechanicsburg; three brothers, Raymond Albert, of Dillsburg, Daniel Albert of Dillsburg, Joseph Albert of Dillsburg; two sisters, Doris Sanderson of Mechanicsburg, Mary Jones of Dillsburg; and one granddaughter, Cierra Krysher of New Holland.
Ruth was preceded in death by her siblings, Lester Albert, Lewis Albert, Clair Albert, Donald Albert, David Albert, Kenneth Albert, Sharon Rodgers, Joanna Recene, Miriam Runkle, and Shirley Albert.
Services will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 11:00 am in her church, Pinchot Park Assembly of God, 2755 Rosstown Rd., Wellsville, PA 17365. A viewing will be held Tuesday from 9-11 am at the church. Burial will be held in the Dillsburg Cemetery-Golf Course Road.

The family would like to thank the team at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center and the caring staff of Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home for the care given to Ruth during her brief illness.
