Shane Lee Dinges

Shane L. Dinges, 43, of Carlisle, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025, at his home.

   He was born January 6, 1982, in Hanover, PA the son of Marilyn E. (Shellenberger) Miles of Carlisle and the late Roy L. Dinges. 

   Shane was an avid motorcycle rider and was a member of the Sons of Bitches Social Club and the Wago Club, Mt. Wolf.

   He especially enjoyed spending time with his children and never hesitated helping someone in need and had a heart of gold.

   Shane is survived in addition to his mother by his two children, Pyper J. Dinges and Waylon S. Dinges; two brothers, Roy E. Dinges of Texas, Tony L. Dinges of Kentucky; a half-sister, Rebecca J. Dinges of Florida; his partner, Dianne "Shorty" M. Dosch of Aspers; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

    A celebration of Shane's life will be announced at a later date.
