Sharon Elizabeth (Albert) Rodgers, 73, of Dillsburg, passed away Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 at Yorkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, York.
She was born Friday, September 15th, 1950 in Dillsburg, York County, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Lewis W. Albert, Sr. and Pauline M. Rank Albert.
Sharon was the former co-owner of the Freckled Frog Before and After School Program. She attended Pinchot Park Assembly of God, Wellsville and was a member of the former Road Angels Car Club, Dillsburg.
She was the widow of the late Larry R. Rodgers.
She is survived by her loving family, her children; Tracy A. Moody, of Wellsville and Bradley S. Rodgers, of Dillsburg. Her brothers and sisters: Daniel J. Albert, Joseph S. Albert, Ray Albert, Ruth A. Krysher and Mary Jones, all of Dillsburg; Kenneth Albert, of Newville and Doris Reign, of Mechanicsburg. Her grandchildren: Wesley R., Brody S. and Hannah E.J. Rodgers and Noelle A. Moody. Her great-grandchildren: Terrance L. Rodgers and Sophia E. and Olivia P. Ryan. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters: Lester E. Albert, Clair E. Albert, Lewis W. Albert, Jr., Donald L. Albert, David J. Albert, Sr., Joanna Recene, Shirley Albert and Miriam Runkle.
Services will be held Friday, June 21st, 2024 at 12:00 pm in the Pinchot Park Assembly of God, 2755 Rosstown Road, Wellsville, PA 17365. A viewing will be held on Friday, June 21st, 2024 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, two hours prior to the service at the Church. Burial will be alongside her husband in the Emanuel Cemetery, Lewisberry.
