Shirley Ann (Eichelberger) Livingston, 84, of Dillsburg passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at the Forest Park Nursing Home, Carlisle, PA.
She was born July 16, 1939, in Monaghan Township, York County, PA the daughter of the late Richard D. and Helen R. (Bentzel) Eichelberger.
Shirley was the widow of Ralph W. Livingston.
Shirley was a graduate of Northern High School, Class of 1957. She was a former bookkeeper for the former Fortney Packages in Mechanicsburg and later worked for the Book of the Month Club in Mechanicsburg.
Shirley was a member of Harmony Church of God in Dillsburg and enjoyed reading, collecting antiques including roosters and glass baskets.
She is survived by two daughters, Darlene D. Reedy of Thomasville, Renee L. Comrey and her husband Charles of Dillsburg; one son, Dan D. Livingston of Lewisberry; three siblings, Larry E. Eichelberger and his wife Beverly of Shermansdale, Kay F. Brandt of York Springs, David R. Eichelberger of Duncannon; five grandchildren, Shawn Hartman, Danielle Ort, Desiree Reedy, Joshua Comrey, Caitlyn Heintzelman; two great-grandchildren, Kaylee Hartman and Raelyn Heintzelman; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death along with her parents and husband by a brother, Randy E. Eichelberger.
Services will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 11:00 am in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg. A viewing will be held Wednesday from 10-11 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service in the Dillsburg Cemetery-Mountain Road.
