Teresa Mae (Wenger) Pifer

Teresa Mae Pifer, 63, of York Springs, PA went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, after a long battle with cancer, with her loving family by her side.

   She was born July 22nd, 1962, in Carlisle, PA the daughter of Theda R. (Vaughn) Wenger of Dillsburg and the late Ray O. Wenger.

  Teresa was a graduate of Northern High School class of 1981 and was employed as the officer manager for the Magisterial Court, 19th District York County in Dillsburg for over 27 years.

  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, time at the beach, dune buggy riding and watching her grandchildren's sporting events. Teresa's faith was a very important part of her life. 

  Teresa is survived, in addition to her mother, by her loving husband of 43 years, Brian E. Pifer of York Springs; her daughter, Jennifer L. Chilmaza and her husband Armando of Mechanicsburg; her son, Matthew B. Pifer and his wife Robin of Mechanicsburg; her sister, Tammy R. Strayer of Dillsburg; her brother, Ray A. Wenger of Dillsburg; her six grandchildren, Trinity, Aviana, Acen, Crew, McKinley, Raylyn; and many nieces and nephews. 

  A celebration of life will be held Friday, March 27th, 2026, at 11:00 am in the Mt. Holly Springs Church of God, 602 McLand Rd., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10-11 am at the church. Following the service, a reception with the family will be held in the church fellowship hall.
