Terry A. Punda

Terry A. Punda, 64, of Camp Hill, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at the Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center after a 8 year battle with multiple cancers. Terry fought up to the very end and he never gave up the fight.
 
He was born January 7, 1958, in Harrisburg the son of the late John and Evelyn (Taylor) Punda.
 
He was a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School, class of 1974. Terry was a retired Fork Lift Operator, having worked for the U.S. Army. He also enjoyed working part time at Toy R US in Camp Hill for 30 years prior to its closing. Terry enjoyed bowing in the Monday night league at  ABC-West, golfing, softball, traveling, and being involved in all his daughters sporting activities. Terry was a sports fan and some of his favorites include the Orioles, Penn State, and the Miami Dolphins. 
 
Terry is survived by his wife, Barbara Jo (Minich) Punda; his daughter, Laura L. Punda of Mechanicsburg; his sister, Ronda Minnich of Cranberry Township; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Doug Punda.
 
A viewing will be held Thursday, May 12, 2022, from 6-7  pm in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg. A celebration of life will follow at 7:00 pm.
