Thomas W. Marshall

Thomas W. Marshall, 80, of Dillsburg passed away Friday, June 27, 2025, at his home.

   He was born June 12, 1945, in Carlisle, PA the son of the late James W. and Grace D. (Wenk) Marshall.

  Thomas was a graduate of Northern High School, class of 1963. After graduating Tom joined the U.S. Army and served his country during the Vietnam War and was retired after 23 years of service at the Navy Depot in Mechanicsburg.

   Tom was an active lifelong member of Calvary Methodist Church in Dillsburg where he served as lead usher and as a greeter. He also was a volunteer at Mission Central where he served in the computer ministry and the food bank.

    Tom is survived by one niece, Jodie A. Miller of FL and one nephew, Craig A. Lauer of MA. He was preceded in death along with his parents by a sister, Mary Jane Lauer and a infant brother, James W. Marshall, Jr.

   Services will be held Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 1:00 pm in his church, Calvary Methodist Church, 203 Mumper Lane, Dillsburg, PA. A visitation will be held Thursday from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at the church. Burial will be held in the Dillsburg Cemetery-Mountain Road.
