Vivian M. (Emig) Karns

Vivian M. Karns, 98, of Wellsville passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023, at the Gardens of Camp Hill.

She was born May 14, 1925, in York County the daughter of the late Robert P. and Mary E. (Krout) Emig.

Vivian was the widow of Richard C. Karns.

She was a retired forklift operator having worked at the Navy Depot, Mechanicsburg. Vivian was a member of the South Mountain and West York V.F.W.

She is survived by three sons, Robert E. Karns of Wellsville, Donald L. Karns of Franklintown, Steven M. Karns of Dillsburg; three daughters, Barbara A. Herr of Lebanon, Phyl J. Minishak of Mechanicsburg, Pamela K. Hostetler of St. Petersburg, FL; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
